Sea bream is once kobujime (kelp-fringed) and served with roasted sake.

The sea bream is kombujime (kelp cured sea bream) and served with sake infused with the aroma of pickled plums instead of soy sauce.

The sea bream is then kobujimeed and served with a spicy sake infused with umeboshi instead of soy sauce!

For color, sprouted green onions and hana-ho (ears of flowers) are used.
